Gujarat Research Scholars' Connect 2023

CSIR-Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSIR-CSMCRI), a flagship laboratory of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), was established in 1954 in the city of Bhavnagar, India. The laboratory works in diverse and highly applied research areas like salt and marine chemicals, water desalination and purification (reverse osmosis and electrodialysis), specialty chemicals, inorganic materials and catalysis, renewable energy, plant molecular biology and biotechnology. The institute’s output is well balanced by technology/process/product developments, patents, quality publications and societal activities. This institute is recognized as one of the best performing national laboratories of this country within and outside CSIR fraternity.

Research scholars of CSIR-CSMCRI Bhavnagar is going to organize Gujarat Research Scholars' Connect (GRSC) 2023. This event is meant to bring together research scholars to display their creativity and soft skills. It is a two-day event to be held during December 07-08, 2023. The first day is devoted to scientific activity (Research Scholars Competition), where research scholars will be delivering oral and/or poster presentations; the second day is for cultural activities, including various games/tournaments. Research scholars, who work in the field of chemical sciences, biological sciences, engineering sciences and/or environmental sciences are cordially invited to attend this prestigious program.
